Project Details
The building for Investment Company of Social Security Organization uses a solid, harmonious and simple architecture, distinguishing it from other buildings. Pre-stressed concrete components have been used in southern façade; the rhythm of these components has given it a special elegance. In the eastern façade, which hosts the entry of the building, stone and reflex glass has been applied. Its structure is reinforced concrete and its floors are made from joist decks.
HVAC system is air conditioning (ceiling and ground fan coils) and there are two elevators. Finishing works are not among the scope of A.S.Pcompany’s contract.
