Project Details
This is the tallest building in Gilan Province, which due to the low bearing capacity of soil in Rasht City, it has been constructed on reinforced concrete piles to the depth of 20 meters. The façade consists of exposed concrete and glass, executed with high quality.
The HVAC system is equipped with reciprocating chillers, boilers and air handling units. This building is meant to be used by the central administrative of Saderat Bank of Gilan Province. The ground floor is dedicated to the exclusive branch of the bank and is constructed with modern architecture and amphitheater hall.
